| ZONE MANAGER™ |
ACRA-Products introduces the zone tillage and residue management tool. In no-till and minimum-till conditions, the heavy-duty fingers aggressively toss aside residue to clear a uniform planting zone in front of the ACRA-Plant Fertilizer and double disc seed opener blades.
The Zone Manager™ system's replaceable high-carbon steel fingers pull soil into the finger overlap area and texturize to create a positive environment for good seed-to-soil contact. Residue is cleared aside as the fingers exit and the newly tilled soil is repositioned in a critical planting zone approximately seven inches wide and two to three inches deep.
The Zone Manager™ wheels may be mounted in an offset or coordinated side by side based on your field conditions. The Zone Manger™ is designed with scrapers to help prevent plugging in the heaviest residue conditions. |

| TRASH WHIPPER SYSTEM |
The Trash Whipper system moves clods and residue aside, leaving a clean, planting zone for uniform seed depth. Clearing residue from the planting zone allows quicker seed bed warming and germination.
The Trash Whipper system is equipped with notched discs that aggressively keep turning to prevent plugging. By alternating lead notched discs, Trash Whippers allow you to overcome planter side draft. |

| NOTCHED RETROFIT BLADES |
The 15 and 11 notched retrofit discs and V-Slice inserts turn your planter into the ultimate narrow profile no-till system. The discs slice easily through even the toughest residue, reducing planter bounce to give your seed optimum placement for quick germination, better stands and higher yields.
The ACRA-Tuff alloy V-Slice insert is the key to the most accurate placement of seed in the toughest soil conditions. Seed drops directly to the bottom of the V assuring maximum seed to soil contact. |

| V-SLICE INSERTS |
| V-Slice inserts are manufactured for most makes and models of planters. The V-Slice inserts, mounted between double disc openers, provide a true Vee in the soil to assure accurate depth control, more evenly spaced and consistent seed-to-soil contact. Plants that get a quicker start provide better crops. |

WHY THE ACRA-PRODUCTS

- Conventional openers allow the seed to fall in loose dry soil at uneven depths causing slower or reduced germination. Seed bounce causes uneven spacing.
- Double-disc opener leaves dry loose dirt in the planting slot, adversely affecting germination. Seeds can also bounce, causing random plant spacing.
- ACRA-Products V-Slice inserts place seeds in firm contact with moist soil for faster germination. Seeds are at a more uniform depth and more evenly spaced.
